The AWS Marketplace is a well-curated digital marketplace that makes it simple for users to locate, test, purchase, test, and deploy the third-party preferences software, products, and other products and services required by customers to develop solutions and manage their business.
In this blog list, I’m hoping to assist you in creating the perfect SaaS contract in the AWS Marketplace. I’ll take your current tiered SaaS pricing model and compare it to the AWS Marketplace SaaS contract pricing model. I’ll also discuss what AWS Marketplace features are pertinent based on sales movements and the best methods for structuring your product’s details page.
I will also discuss best practices in marketing you need to think about when you consider listing your product in AWS Marketplace. Listing your service within AWS Marketplace will be the best starting point. How you market your product is a reliable indicator of how successful your listing will be.
Define Your Pricing Model
The first step to defining the pricing model you will use for AWS Marketplace is to look at your pricing model and then match it to your AWS Marketplace pricing model that closest matches it. The following image shows the current pricing model for tiered pricing. It comprises Standard, Pro, and Enterprise levels. The Standard level starts at $1,500 per month and provides up to 1,000 API calls. The Pro pricing begins at $2,500 per month and includes up to 10,000 API calls and certain advanced features. The Enterprise is a tier that has its pricing and provides unlimited API calls, unlimited access to features, and premium support. One thing to keep in mind to note is that the Enterprise Tier does not show pricing. I will discuss how to resolve the issue on the AWS Marketplace product detail page.
The product I’m currently using has a tiered pricing model with annual and monthly prices. I’ve found Chinese delivery Bozeman mt that it’s compatible with the Pricing of SaaS Contracts structure through which customers can select only one tier from the range of tiers you can create within the AWS Marketplace.
Draft Your Product Listing Page in AWS Marketplace
- Create a SaaS contract product
- Go through the AWS Marketplace portal for managing marketplaces.
- Choose the dropdown menu for Products and select SaaS — Software as a Service.
- On the right-hand side of the page, choose the Create Saas product dropdown menu. Select the New SaaS Contract.
- A brand new SaaS Contract draft has been created. You can access it on the Requests tab on AWS Marketplace. AWS Marketplace management portal.
Within the Create SaaS Contracts console, there are four tabs legacy units on the screen onboarding, General, Pricing Notes, and General. The tabs are arranged in order from top to bottom. It is recommended to click the Save button in the lower left part of tabs periodically since the data you enter won’t be saved automatically.
Creating Your Pricing Model
Tab for pricing: It is where you can map your tiered pricing model to how AWS Marketplace lists SaaS Contract products.
- To create the tiered model of pricing on the Pricing tab, select your target customer’s geography. This gives only customers from areas that are targeted to sign up for your offer.
- If you wish, you can allow US Sales tax collections on your product by ticking the box that says Set Product Tax Code. To find out more information about this feature, click the links in the portal for management.
- If this service is available only meant for AWS GovCloud (US) users, You can choose the checkbox in the Set Target Market. Be aware that the whole SaaS solution should be running in AWS GovCloud. AWS GovCloud region.
- Set pricing is the place to set the tiers you want for your product. These are known as Dimensions in AWS Marketplace.
Submitting Your Listing
- Note any notes and/or suggestions you may have for you and the AWS Marketplace Managed Catalog Operations (MCO) team who will publish the listing.
- When you enter the Contact Information to make the request, include your email address and other group members as needed.
- Click the Review button and check all the information to ensure accuracy
- Select Submit for Review.
Congratulations! The product you submitted has now been submitted successfully to the Managed Catalog Operations (MCO) team for publication. You can track the progress of your submission by navigating to the Requests tab of the AWS Marketplace Management Portal. Requests for listing reviews are generally completed within three to five business days, but an additional period could be needed if the information in your request is incomplete.
API Integration
To begin to complete your API integration, you can take three options to take today:
- Complete the entire integration by following this SaaS Integration Guide. The estimated time for completing the full integration can range from three and five weeks with two engineers in development. The task can usually be completed within the form of an engineering sprint.
- Use AWS Quick Start to access the AWS Quick Start, AWS Marketplace Serverless SaaS Integration. The Quick Start deploys AWS Marketplace Serverless Software as a Service (SaaS) Integration to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud. Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud. AWS Marketplace sellers who are registered AWS Marketplace sellers can utilize it to implement a light serverless method of integrating the latest SaaS listings. The time required to finish party preferences for the serverless integration is between 10 to 30 minutes with one engineer for development or a technical specialist.
